Dr. Christine Chakoian Vice President for Seminary Advancement at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary discusses Fred Rogers long relationship to the Seminary as a graduate. She suggests where he got the idea for the Neighborhood and how his training as a Presbyterian Minister shaped his thinking and work. A room at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary will be named in Fred’s honor. Rev. Chakoian describes the work and history of the Seminary and her books and work in Illinois and at Yale prior to arriving in Pittsburgh in 2017.
